Online

Orders can be made on this website on our secure server using SSL technology. Please refer to your shopping cart (bottom right hand corner) at any time to review the status of your current order. Payment options include phone, PayPal and Credit Card.

Email

To order by email, please contact us and detail the product(s) that you would like to order. We will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm.

Telephone

To order by telephone, please ring our shop on (02) 6495 4777 or if you are ringing from overseas, +61 2 6495 4777. Please note that when using our shopping cart, this option is also available - your order gets emailed to us and then you simply ring us at your leisure to arrange payment.

• Monday to Friday: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Saturday: 9.00 am – 2 pm
• Sunday: 10 am – 2 pm during some holiday periods

Payment

All prices indicated are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Should you wish to purchase using another currency, please contact us by telephone or email, as minimum restrictions and additional charges apply to international money transfers.

Payment may be made within Australia using major credit cards (excepting American Express), by direct deposit, or by cheque or money order. Your order will be despatched once payment has been received.

Note: Direct deposit, cheque or money order payment CANNOT be done using the online payment facility.

For international orders, payment can only be made using MasterCard or Visa.

Please note that your credit card details are always destroyed immediately after your purchase is completed.

Delivery

Depending on its size, your order will be sent to you by Australia Post or a courier service. Once your order is confirmed as available, it will be processed within 24 hours during the business week. For capital cities in the eastern states of Australia, you should receive your purchase in around 3 business days. If you live in a regional or remote area, or in SA or WA, please allow approximately 7 – 10 business days for delivery. Orders outside of Australia may take up to 14 days.

To ensure that your order is traceable, it will be sent via registered post, express post or a courier service.

Delivery Charges within Australia

Delivery charges will be calculated when your order is made and indicated in your shopping cart list as “postage”.

For orders weighing up to 500g, the standard delivery charge is $7.40 to all areas within Australia.

For orders weighing over 500 g and up to 1 kg, the standard delivery charge is $10.50 to all areas within Australia.

For orders weighing over 1kg, delivery charges will be at either Australia Post regular parcel rates or, for larger sized orders to be delivered by a courier service, at standard courier rates (please note that higher charges will apply to remote areas and the western states).

If you would like your order to be insured, please choose the phone payment option and mention your postage preference then.

Please note that we do not add any additional charge for packaging and handling to the cost of delivery.

International delivery

International delivery will be via Australia Post. There is a weight limit of 20 kg on each consignment. Please contact us by telephone (+61 2 6495 4777 or +61 2 6494 3323) or email us to arrange a delivery quotation.

Additions and alterations

We cannot make additions or deletions to orders once they’ve been placed.

If an item is unavailable at the time of ordering, you will need to re-order. Or please contact us if you would like us to help suggest an alternative product.

Refund policy

Your order is always checked, and packaged with care. If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item so we can organise a refund or replacement. (Faulty items may need to be returned to us for quality control purposes). We do not refund for ‘change of mind’ purchases.

Gifts and gift wrapping

We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service on request.
